# Getting Started

If you find yourself wanting to join Form Nomic, you can do so by the following:

1. Obtain a copy of Form R-1.
2. Complete the form.
3. Submit the form to the General Secretary by uploading it to [/Forms/General_Secretary/Form_R-1](/Forms/General_Secretary/Form_R-1/). You can use the public log-in `formnomic` to get limited upload permissions to this folder. _Since this contains contact information, you won't be able to see your upload with the public account!_
4. The General Secretary will e-mail you with credentials you can use to log in as soon as possible. **Don't forget to change your password!**
5. Have fun!
